Sewing
We do a variety of sewing jobs, including those for famous domestic brands and sports manufacturers, as well as local Imabari towels. It has a good reputation, especially for thick materials that are difficult to sew, such as winter jumpers and bathrobes. Additionally, since we are able to provide a complete service including embroidery, we also focus on manufacturing festival supplies such as happi coats and sashes.
The specific types of sewn products we manufacture vary, but of course we strive to satisfy our customers in terms of quality and delivery time, but we also aim to manufacture products that we are satisfied with.
embroidery
We use a total of six 45-head embroidery machines, including 12 drop-down embroidery machines, to meet customer requests. In particular, we have 4 drop-down embroidery machines with 21 machines that can embroider three-dimensional objects, allowing us to perform precise embroidery on hats, sandals, and other items that cannot be handled with regular embroidery machines.
Furthermore, the 12-head drop-down machine is capable of embroidering long objects up to 5 meters long.
